Sherbrooke Forest NatureFix Walk

NatureFix is an initiative that uses guided nature-based audio experiences to promote wellbeing in public spaces.

Follow this NatureFix trail (5.6km loop) from the Grants Picnic Ground to enjoy the six nature connection activities designed to help you slow down, relax and reflect to support your wellbeing. The trail is the route for the Lyrebird Loop Walk.

At Grants Picnic Ground there are toilets, many picnic tables and BBQs, large shelter with four tables and water tap. There is also a cafe on site.

How it works
Scan the QR code to download the NatureFix app for FREE and start your journey. The app responds to your location and leads you on a uniquely personal and inspiring experience with nature.

It's more than just a walk in the park!
The benefits of nature are overwhelmingly supported by scientific evidence too compelling to ignore. The evidence shows that the type of activities we do in nature matter more than simply the amount of time spent there. The more meaningful the moments, the greater the benefits.

There is a QR code to download the app at the start of the walk or download for iPhone here:.

Access for Dogs:

Dogs are not permitted at Grants Picnic Ground or on the walks.
