Narre Warren Skatepark (Ray Bastin Reserve)

Narre Warren skatepark is located within Ray Bastin Reserve, beside the popular Rocket playground and BMX track.
The skatepark underwent a major redevelopment, replacing its dated prefabricated concrete obstacles with a modern layout featuring a variety of ramps, rails, ledges and banks suitable for different skating abilities.
An interesting feature of the design is its school stationery theme, paying tribute to Ray Bastin's background as a teacher. Some of the obstacles resemble everyday classroom objects, including a paperclip, ruler, protractor and pencil.
