Wodonga - Belvoir Park Ninja Warrior Course



There is a ninja warrior course designed for adults and children aged over 12 years next to the playground.
A guide to the obstacles is:

Quin Steps
Starting from the first step, jump across the rest to reach the mound at the end. You can stop on each grabbing the hand hold or try and bounce from one to the next.

The Rules: Don't touch the ground between the first step and the mound.

Inside Out Bars
Scale the bars from underneath working your way from the high end to the low end. You may find it best to hook your legs over the bars so they don't hit the ground. At the low end pass your body through the wide gap to get to the top of the bars so you can reach the next obstacle (this obstacle seems to have been installed the wrong way so use whatever method you like to get from one end to the other)

The Rules: Don't touch the ground between the start and the next obstacle.

Elevated Cargo Net
Climb across the elevated net to reach the next obstacle. You can go over the top or climb underneath.

The Plank
Make your way from one end of the swinging plank to the other. You can walk, crawl or slide.

The Rules: Don't touch the ground between the start and the next obstacle

Rock Hop
Scale the stepping stones from start to finish. You can skip stepping stones but be careful!

The Rules: Don't touch the ground between the start and the next obstacle.

The Big Fling
Starting on the launch mound, leap to the swinging bar and launch yourself onto the landing pad. You may need to swing a few times to build momentum to reach the landing pad.

Cliffhanger
Climb across the uneven bars from one end to the other

The Rules: Don't touch the ground between the start and the next obstacle.

Field of Rings
Swing through the 3 rings from one end to the other

The Rules: Don't touch the ground between the start and the next obstacle.

Jungle Bars
Navigate the uneven bars from one end to the other

The Rules: Don't touch the ground between the launch pad and the next obstacle.

Rail Climb/Slide
Depending upon the application either climb up this item or slide down the rails. You can climb by balancing your hands and feet on each bar. For sliding down you can face forwards with a leg over each rail or shuffle down.
