Torquay - Honu Honi Surf Camp

Honu Honi Surf Camp offers adults-only surfing experiences along the Surf Coast and Great Ocean Road. Programs cater for complete beginners through to progressing intermediate surfers, with small groups and qualified instructors providing personalised coaching in surfing skills, ocean awareness, safety and confidence.

The all-inclusive surf camps combine surfing lessons with accommodation in furnished glamping tents, plant-based meals, yoga sessions and transport to suitable beaches. Surfing locations are chosen according to conditions and may include beaches between Torquay and Urquharts Bluff. Boards, wetsuits and sunscreen are supplied.

Experiences include seven-day surf adventure camps and shorter surf getaways. The business also runs six-week progressive surfing programs for local adults, with separate classes for complete beginners and surfers ready to progress from whitewater into unbroken waves. Private coaching and corporate group experiences may also be available.
