The Mornington Peninsula Walk

The Mornington Peninsula Walk is one of Victoria's premier long-distance hiking experiences. This spectacular 100km circular walking trail links together four of the peninsula's best walks, taking hikers through dramatic coastal scenery, tranquil bushland, historic landmarks and picturesque seaside villages. Whether you're looking for a multi-day adventure or prefer tackling individual sections, the trail showcases the very best of the Mornington Peninsula.

The complete circuit combines:
  • Point Nepean Walks (approx. 16km return)
  • Mornington Peninsula Bay Trail (26km)
  • Two Bays Walking Trail (26km)
  • Mornington Peninsula Coastal Walk (30km)
Together these trails create an unforgettable journey from the calm waters of Port Phillip Bay to the rugged cliffs of Bass Strait before returning through the peninsula's beautiful hinterland. Along the way you'll pass Point Nepean National Park, Cape Schanck Lighthouse, Arthurs Seat, ocean beaches, wetlands, native bushland and some of Victoria's finest coastal scenery.
