Stawell Railway Station Gallery

Stawell Railway Station Gallery is a community art gallery housed in the historic Stawell Railway Station. The gallery provides a showcase for artists and craftspeople from Stawell and the surrounding region, with regularly changing exhibitions and a wide variety of locally made items.
The gallery opened in 1995. Volunteers helped restore parts of the historic railway station and have continued to maintain the gallery, which has become an established part of Stawell's arts community.
Displays can include traditional and contemporary paintings, textile art, jewellery, knitting, handmade bags, cards and other arts and crafts. Works by visiting artists are also featured in special exhibitions throughout the year.
The gallery also hosts a popular High Tea on selected Sundays and for groups and special occasions by arrangement.
