Sale Historical Museum

Sale Historical Museum is housed in the historic former Sale Council Chambers in Foster Street. The building originally served the Borough of Sale, later the Town and then the City of Sale, before becoming a museum in 1975.
The museum preserves a substantial collection of artefacts, photographs, documents and archives relating to the history and development of Sale and the surrounding district.
