Rosedale Historical Society Museum


Rosedale Historical Society Museum preserves the history and heritage of Rosedale and the surrounding district through an extensive collection of historical objects, photographs, documents and archives.
The museum is housed in a colonial building in Cansick Street and includes the old Rosedale Council Chamber. Displays cover many aspects of local life and include material from the Freemasons, household and working tools, clothing, memorabilia and collectables.
The Rosedale & District Historical Society was formed in 1988 and is run by volunteers who collect, preserve and research the history of Rosedale and the surrounding area.
