Omeo Ski Hire & Service Station

Omeo Ski Hire & Service Station, also known as Billie's Omeo Ski Hire, provides equipment for snow trips to Mount Hotham and Dinner Plain. The business is located on the Great Alpine Road in the centre of Omeo, opposite the Golden Age Hotel.

Snow equipment available for hire includes skis, snowboards, boots, helmets, toboggans, waterproof jackets and pants, walking boots and vehicle snow chains. Staff can demonstrate how to fit and remove the correct snow chains for your vehicle. Snow clothing, accessories and selected ex-hire equipment are also available for purchase.

The service station sells Alpine Diesel, LPG, unleaded and premium fuel. Mount Hotham resort entry can also be arranged in the store.

Mountain Bike Hire

During the warmer months, Omeo Ski Hire & Service Station hires entry-level mountain bikes and a limited number of electric mountain bikes for exploring Omeo MTB Park. Mountain bikes are not available for hire during winter.

The store also carries a range of basic mountain bike spare parts. Bike numbers and sizes may be limited, so contact the business before visiting to confirm availability.
