Murrindindi - Mill Track Loop

A steep and challenging 10km loop walk in the beautiful Murrindindi Scenic Reserve.
This is a challenging 10km, 3hr circuit walk with very steep sections, recommended for experienced bush walkers only.
The walk starts at Suspension Bridge picnic area at the northern end of Murrindindi Scenic Reserve. From here, turn left over the bridge and follow Mill Track up to and along Jacksons Rd to the Jacksons Rd car park.
Follow Wilhelmina Falls Track down to Murrindindi River Walk, head right before passing SEC Campground and then travel back to Suspension Bridge picnic area.
Facilities include toilets, bush camping, shelter, picnic tables and fire pit.
How to get there
From Melbourne - travel along the Melba Highway to the intersection of Murrindindi Road just before Devlins Bridge across the Yea River. Turn right and drive 10km to the Reserve. The Suspension Bridge picnic area is located behind the Rangers Station and the Murrindindi River Walk trailhead can be found over the suspension bridge and to the right.
