Murmungee Lookout
Murmungee Lookout in the Stanley State Forest offers sweeping views across the cropping and grazing lands of the Murmungee Basin, taking in the Ovens Valley and stretching from Mt Buffalo to Mt Buller on the horizon.

Hang Gliding - There is a large open ground hang gliding ramp situated within a treed slot in native forest adjacent to the Murmungee Lookout.
Directions
Murmungee Lookout is located just 12 minutes south of Beechworth. From Beechworth head approximately 7 km south along the Buckland Gap Rd (towards Myrtleford/Gapsted) until you reach the Buckland Gap. Head East on Lady Newton Drive for approximately 2km to the site.
