The self-guided trail includes murals about Merbein’s early produce and irrigation history, First Nations history at Mondellimin, the town’s people and buildings, and its fruit-packing industry. The artworks were created through a collaboration involving Cultivator Inc, Lower Murray Water and the Merbein community, with the Merbein District Historical Society helping lead the project.

How to Get There:

Merbein is about 550 km north-west of Melbourne. The trail starts at Chaffey Park on Ranfurly Way, Merbein. The artworks are spread across several locations around town, so allow time to travel between stops.
