Macarthur - Suffoir Winery, Brewery and Distillery

Suffoir Winery, Brewery and Distillery is a family-owned craft beverage producer and cellar door set among vineyards and farmland near Macarthur.

Established in 2012, Suffoir produces a diverse range of small-batch wines, beers and spirits. The name Suffoir combines the Suffolk sheep and Pinot Noir vines found on the property.

Wine production focuses on estate-grown Pinot Noir, along with varieties including Pinot Grigio, Rosé and Shiraz. The brewery produces The Three Alpacas range, which includes Lager, Pale Ale, IPA, Porter and ginger beer, as well as seasonal brews.

The distillery produces a varied range of handcrafted spirits. These include several styles of gin using ingredients such as Australian native botanicals, Pinot Noir grape skins, lemon and rosemary. Other products include estate-grown Pinot Noir brandy, single malt whisky and a range of liqueurs.

Visitors can sample Suffoir's products at the Distillery Door while enjoying views across the vineyard and surrounding countryside. Wine tastings and tasting flights are available, along with beer and spirit tastings.

Food is also available, with a menu of light meals, cheese and charcuterie platters and share plates. Bookings can be made for tables and larger groups.

The property is family friendly and includes indoor and outdoor seating areas overlooking the vineyard. Suffoir also hosts functions, celebrations, workshops, live music and other events throughout the year.
