Macarthur Bowls Club

Macarthur Bowls Club is a friendly community lawn bowls club located beside the Macarthur Market Street recreation precinct. The club has a full-size synthetic bowling green suitable for competition, social and barefoot bowls.

The synthetic surface allows more consistent play throughout the year than a traditional grass green. New bowlers, families and community groups can contact the club to arrange an introductory or social bowling session. Bowls may be available for organised sessions.

Children must be supervised by an adult and follow the club's instructions while using the green. Flat-soled footwear may be required when players are not bowling barefoot.

The adjoining Market Street recreation precinct has a playground, water splash pad, multi-sport court, barbecue, shelters, lawns, public toilets and the seasonal Macarthur Swimming Pool. These are public precinct facilities and are separate from the bowls club.
