Little Hampton - Hampton Ridge Farm

Hampton Ridge Farm is a small family-run raspberry farm at Little Hampton, approximately five minutes from Trentham. During its short summer picking season, visitors can walk among the raspberry plants and collect fresh berries to take home.

The farm is operated by Nickle and Georgie Gubbins and grows raspberries without pesticide or fungicide sprays.

Pick Your Own Raspberries:

Visitors check in at the farm, pay the entry fee and collect a picking bucket. Staff explain where the best berries are available and how to pick them.

The experience includes tasting a small number of raspberries while picking. Berries collected to take home are weighed and purchased when leaving.

The raspberry picking season is relatively short, and opening days depend on the amount of ripe fruit available.

No advance booking is normally required during advertised open days.

Picnics and Facilities:

Visitors are welcome to bring their own picnic and picnic rug to enjoy among the raspberry plants.

There are some tables and chairs, although seating is limited.

The farm has parking and accepts EFTPOS payments.

Bring your own containers for taking raspberries home. Biodegradable containers are available for purchase if required.

Dogs are welcome provided they remain on a lead.

Visitors should bring:

Enclosed footwear
Hat and sunscreen
Drinking water
Containers for collected berries
Picnic rug if planning to stay for a picnic

The farm also offers accommodation in Brooker Tiny Home, a separate off-grid accommodation option.

Opening Hours:

Open on selected days during the summer raspberry picking season.

Advertised hours on picking days are 9:30am to 1:30pm.

The 2025/26 picking season has finished. Opening dates for the 2026/27 season have not yet been announced.
