Jamieson - Jamieson River Swimming Holes
The Jamieson River has several swimming spots along its town-side riverbank. The Little Pool near Brewery Bridge has a shallow area, while the Brewery Hole is deeper. Further along, the Big Pool is a popular swimming and picnic area beside the Jamieson Caravan Park, with a playground and coin-operated barbecue. The river also has shallow spots for paddling and floating.
How to Get There:
The Little Pool is near Brewery Bridge, around 52 Chenery Street, Jamieson. The Big Pool is at 6 Grey Street, Jamieson.
