Fraser Rise Fenced Dog Park (Fraser Rise)

As John McEnroe would say, "You can?t be serious!". A huge grassy area but only a very small area has been fenced. There is a double entry gate, bin, two unshaded seats and no water tap.
There's lots of poop all over the ground. The locals obviously don't deserve a fenced dog park, even one this small.
