Eddie Baron Reserve Playground, Bemersyde Drive, Berwick

Two small playgrounds and a BMX track at Eddie Baron Reserve have been replaced with a huge new playground and pump track.

A playground for lilac lovers - actually this playground has so much great stuff even lilac haters will love it.

A concrete bike path winds around the central area which has a rope pyramid climbing frame connected to a hanging thick rope traverse, rope tunnel, pipe climbing frame, slide, various rope traverses and steppers. This area also has a clock panel and log balance circuit.

Across the path is a climbing and balance area with balance circuit with hanging disks, steppers, balance beams and suspended bridge.

Another area has a bench seat swing and a rope net swing beside a basketball / netball court.

In another corner is a birds nest swing, standard swing and expression swing where child and carer sit opposite each other next to a flying fox with disk seat.

An area for younger kids has an in-ground trampoline, speak and listem system, xylophone, balance beam circuit, little rocker, spinning disk and play structure with ladders, climbing walls and slide.

Shelter with two tables and BBQs, water tap, some unshaded seats and grassy areas dotted with shady trees.
