Cororooke Tennis Club



Cororooke Tennis Club is a friendly rural club offering competition tennis, coaching and social play for junior and senior players. The club competes in the Polwarth and District Tennis Association.

Facilities include:
  • Four outdoor non-cushioned hard courts
  • Clubrooms
  • Weekly coaching for juniors and adults
  • Senior and junior competition teams
  • Defibrillator within the Cororooke Open Space precinct
  • Nearby playground, picnic tables, barbecue and history trail
The club reformed in 2009 following a 20-year break. Its modern facilities opened in 2018 on part of the former Cororooke Dairy Factory site, which Fonterra donated for community open space after the factory closed.

The courts are council-owned and available for free public use when not required for club competitions, coaching or other organised activities.

Opening Hours:


The courts are outdoors and generally accessible at any time, but club activities have priority.
