Cororooke - Red Rock Regional Theatre & Gallery (RRRTAG)

Cororooke - Red Rock Regional Theatre & Gallery (RRRTAG)

Housed in a beautifully restored 1903 church and adjoining theatre complex, the Red Rock Regional Theatre & Gallery (RRRTAG) is one of regional Victoria's most unique arts destinations. Operated by volunteers as a not-for-profit community organisation, the venue combines a contemporary art gallery, live performance theatre, film society and licensed bistro in a welcoming rural setting.

The gallery presents a changing program of exhibitions featuring local and regional artists across a wide range of art forms, including painting, photography, sculpture, textiles and mixed media. Admission to the gallery is free during advertised opening hours.

The adjoining Carolyn Theatre is an intimate, tiered-seat venue hosting live music, theatre productions, comedy, dance performances, film screenings, workshops and community events throughout the year. During the warmer months, performances are also staged in the outdoor amphitheatre. The venue is home to the Red Rock Film Society, which screens a diverse selection of Australian, international and classic films.

Visitors can also enjoy a meal at the Stage Bistro, including the unique experience of dining inside a restored 1930s Melbourne W-Class tram that has been converted into a dining and entertainment space.

Whether you're browsing an art exhibition, attending a concert, watching a film or simply stopping in for lunch, RRRTAG offers a memorable cultural experience in the heart of the Colac Otway region.
