Cooking with Lola offers fun, hands-on cooking classes for children and adults in Melbourne CBD.
Founded by Argentinian-born chef Lola Migliore, the cooking school celebrates the flavours of Spain and Latin America through interactive cooking experiences.
The children's program, Lola and the Little Chefs, combines cooking, music and fun while introducing young participants to practical food preparation skills.
Lola and the Little Chefs
The children's cooking classes are designed for ages 5-15 years.
Participants prepare their own food under the guidance of Lola and her team, learning basic cooking techniques while exploring the flavours of Mexican and Latin American cuisine.
Activities include:
- Preparing fresh Mexican-inspired dishes
- Making tacos with homemade guacamole
- Preparing fresh seasonal juice
- Learning basic food preparation techniques
- Developing cooking skills and confidence
- Enjoying the food they have created
- Fun activities with chef hats, aprons and music
Classes run for approximately 90 minutes.

Other Cooking Classes
Cooking with Lola also offers a range of cooking experiences for adults, including Spanish paella, tapas, Peruvian cuisine, Argentinian street food and Mexican cooking.
Private group cooking experiences are also available.
Opening Hours:
Lola and the Little Chefs classes are advertised for the last Saturday of each month, from 10am to 11:30am.
Special classes may also be offered during school holidays.
