Cobden Visitor Information Centre



The Cobden Visitor Information Centre is the ideal starting point for exploring Cobden and the surrounding Corangamite Shire. Housed in the heart of town, the centre provides local knowledge, maps, brochures and friendly advice to help visitors discover the region's attractions, scenic drives and hidden gems.

Knowledgeable volunteers can provide information on nearby highlights including Cobden Pioneer Park, Lake Cobden, the Cobden Story heritage trails, Timboon, the Twelve Apostles, the Camperdown–Timboon Rail Trail and the spectacular attractions of the Great Ocean Road. Whether you're planning a short stop or a longer stay, the centre is an excellent place to gather ideas and local recommendations.

The visitor centre also stocks a range of local produce, souvenirs, books and gifts, making it a worthwhile stop before exploring the township. Public amenities, cafés and shops are all within easy walking distance, while several heritage attractions can be reached on foot.
