Clara Park Playground, Clara Drive, Clyde North

What we like about the playground is that it has a very natural feel and nature has taken over some of the playground in a beautiful way. For example, the long balance beam circuit passes through areas of high swaying grass.

The playground has a birds nest swing, swing with harness seat, a standard swing, monkey bars, spinning disk, obstacle course with horizontal bars, rope nets and rope traverse, path with speak and listen pipes and percussion flowers.

A low area has a tunnel, wooden bee hive, dual wave sides, bell to ring and insect shapes embedded in the path.

There are beautiful garden plantings and lots of unshaded seats. Large grassy area with basketball court on the side and a large concrete court in the far corner with a rebound wall, cricket stumps, soccer net and Four Square court. Shelter with two tables, BBQ and water tap.
