Chiltern - Skeleton Hill Track Walk

Skeleton Hill is a prominent landmark overlooking Chiltern. This short return walk follows a track through an area rich in native flora, fauna and birdlife.
Park near the sharp corner on Skeleton Hill Road, beyond the Skeleton Hill sign. Walk around the locked gate and follow the track to the paddocks at the end.
Views from the park boundary extend across the Black Dog Creek valley towards Mount Pilot in the south and Chiltern-Mt Pilot National Park in the north.

Facilities:
There are no facilities at the start of the walk. Roadside parking is available near the sharp corner beyond the Skeleton Hill sign. Do not obstruct the locked gate.
Access for Dogs:
The official walk information does not specify whether dogs are permitted. Observe signs at the track entrance and keep dogs leashed. Dogs must not enter Chiltern-Mt Pilot National Park, except for assistance animals that meet Parks Victoria requirements.
