Camperdown - Apex Park Outdoor Gym

A small, free outdoor gym located in Apex Park near the basketball court and cricket practice nets. The equipment provides an opportunity to add a short cardio and strength workout to a visit to the park.

Exercise equipment includes:

• Sit-up bench

• Body-pull station
  
• Push-up station

The stations use body weight or user movement to provide resistance. Follow the instructions displayed on each station and check that equipment is in good condition before use.
