Club Bayside (Brighton East)
Club Bayside is a modern community lawn bowls and social club located in Dendy Park, Brighton East. Formed in September 2025 through the amalgamation of Brighton Bowling and Sporting Club and The Elsternwick Club, Club Bayside welcomes everyone from complete beginners to experienced competitive bowlers.
The club is particularly well known for its extensive indoor bowling facilities, allowing lawn bowls to be enjoyed throughout the year, regardless of the weather.
Club Bayside offers competitive pennant bowls, social bowls, barefoot bowls, coaching and group functions. The venue also includes Dacha at Parkview restaurant and cafe, padel facilities and the Victorian Bridge Centre.
Lawn Bowls Facilities:
- Two large indoor bowling greens with 12 rinks in total
- Modern indoor playing surfaces and lighting upgraded in 2026
- Year-round lawn bowls protected from the weather

Barefoot Bowls:
Barefoot bowls is available for corporate functions, birthdays, school groups, community organisations and other group celebrations.
The club provides bowls equipment and introductory coaching, making it suitable for people who have never played lawn bowls before.
Food and drinks can be arranged through Dacha at Parkview.
Food and Drinks:
Dacha at Parkview is the club's restaurant and cafe, overlooking the bowling greens.
The venue offers breakfast, lunch, coffee and catering for functions. Evening dining and special events may also be available.

Opening Hours:
Bowls facilities: Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm. Members can access the greens outside these hours.
Dacha at Parkview: Daily, 8am to 3pm.
Opening hours may vary for competitions, functions and special events.
