Better Than Working Charters (San Remo)

Better Than Working Charters operates small-group fishing trips and scenic cruises from San Remo, exploring Western Port, Bass Strait and the waters around Phillip Island.

The business is run by Captain Greg, who has around 30 years of fishing experience in the region. Fishing charters are generally limited to six passengers, providing a more personal experience with plenty of room to fish.

Western Port and Bass Strait fishing trips are available as five-hour or eight-hour charters. Fishing rods, tackle and bait are supplied, and the crew can clean and fillet the catch.

Complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water and snacks are provided. Visitors can bring additional food and drinks.

Opening Hours:

Charters operate seven days a week, weather permitting. Five-hour trips generally depart in the morning or afternoon, with full-day options also available. Advance bookings are required.
