Beechworth - Out of Town Nursery and Humming Garden
Out of Town Nursery and Humming Garden is a four-acre garden divided into a series of distinctive garden rooms in the foothills of Chiltern-Mt Pilot National Park. The garden contains an extensive collection of native and exotic plants, including unusual bulbs, ornamental grasses, succulents, perennials, water plants, flowering trees, shrubs and colourful foliage plants.
Bold colour combinations and quirky garden art make the garden interesting for families to explore, while keen gardeners can discover plant varieties and water-saving gardening ideas. The leafy garden also provides habitat for native birds, including honeyeaters, King Parrots, Red-browed Finches, White-winged Choughs and Satin Bowerbirds.
The nursery sells a changing selection of drought-tolerant and frost-hardy plants. Visitors can also view digital photographic artwork by local artist Tina Fraser.

Opening Hours:
Typically 9:00-17:30 on Mon, Fri, Sat and Sun. Closed on other days of the week.
Cost:
Approximately $3 for a self guided tour of the garden. No entry fee for nursery.
Access for Dogs:
Contact the nursery before bringing a dog.
