Ballarat Ninjas (Alfredton)
Ballarat Ninjas is an indoor Ninja Warrior training centre with obstacle courses designed to challenge strength, agility, balance, coordination and endurance. The facility caters for young children, school-aged children, teenagers and adults, with activities suitable for beginners through to experienced participants.
Classes run for 45 minutes and include a warm-up, coached time on the obstacle course and a cool-down. Experienced coaches help participants learn techniques, progress through challenges and use the equipment safely. Age groups are flexible depending on each participant’s skill and experience.
Little Ninjas sessions are available for children aged one to four years. These parent-assisted sessions focus on fundamental movement, coordination and sensory play.
Mini Ninjas classes for children aged five to eight years introduce beginner obstacle training while developing agility, balance and confidence. Junior Ninjas classes for children aged eight to twelve years include more advanced obstacles, endurance challenges and skill progressions. Teen and Open Ninjas sessions for participants aged twelve years and older involve advanced obstacles, strength conditioning and technique development.
Open Mat sessions provide unstructured time on the course, allowing participants to practise obstacles and skills at their own pace. Private training, group bookings, corporate team-building activities and children’s birthday parties are also available. Birthday parties include a coached Ninja session and use of a dedicated party area.
Closed-toe, non-slip shoes must be worn while using the Ninja course. Advance bookings are recommended because walk-in places cannot be guaranteed. Spectators can watch from designated viewing areas.

Cost:
