Winton Wetlands Mokoan Hub & Cafe Playground, Lake Mokoan Road, Chesney Vale
A brilliant nature based play playground set within some shady trees. There's a huge snake with log steps to traverse its length, lots of huge hollow logs, set of scales to compare the weight of various things, magnifying glasses on top of short posts to examine things closely, huge turtle-shell cubby, wooden possum sculpture, two vertical boards covered with little pegs were you lean against the board and make an impression of yourself, a pole with metal flying fox at the top where you can turn a handle to flap the wings and dual flying foxes with disk seats.
The playground is located next to the cafe and there is plenty of interesting walks in the area.
