Volo Park Indoor Skatepark (Campbellfield)

Volo Park is an indoor skatepark facility located in the northern suburbs of Melbourne which was founded by professional action sports athlete Matty Ceravolo.

The facility is created for all action sports, riders of any age and riding abilities. With the huge variety of ramps and obstacles, Volo Park is the home of progression, learning and most importantly, FUN!

We designed our skatepark in such a way that it caters for all riding levels. From our 'Mellow's Section' to our, huge box or 'Comp Section', we have ramps that are suitable for beginner to advanced riders. Whether it is your first time setting foot on a skatepark, or you've had 10 years of experience, Volo Park is the place for you to have fun with your friends and further progress your skatepark skills.

The indoor skate park has a number of sections:
The Mellows
The mellows are designed to help beginner riders get comfortable with the fundamentals of a skatepark. This includes actions like dropping in, going up a ramp, bunnyhops etc. Although they were originally made more specifically for beginners, these ramps are an absolute blast for anyone at any level of riding and can help you bridge the gap of learning new tricks. The ramps are approximately 3ft high and are quite 'mellow' to eliminate the fear of a steep quarter pipe. The mellows are also our main stage in competitions for 7 & under riders.

Main Course
This section has a huge variety of uses including national competitions, world firsts, general progression and much more. With the endless amounts of features such as the 5ft quarter pipe with an additional sub-box, the spox, multiple step-ups and more, this section is progression central. We have built what just might be the biggest indoor box jump in Australia to push the limits of Action-Sports.

Street Section
Our street section has a variety of obstacles including a rail, stairset, banks and more. This is an ever growing section that we continue to add to and change up as often as we can. This section links right up to our mellow ramps creating an awesome flow around the skatepark for unique gaps and lines to be found.

Scooter Term Lessons

Learn from some of the world's most reputable scooter riders and also Volo Park Owner, Matty Ceravolo. Join us throughout a full term of progression where we focus on helping you achieve your goals and reward you when you do. We have divided the groups of Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced to ensure you get the most out of each session.

Beginner Term Lessons
The beginner term lessons are catered to those that are at an entry level of riding. We work on the foundations of riding with techniques such as:

Stance
Balance
Turning Circles
Dropping In
Flying Out
Bunnyhops

Intermediate Term Lessons
The intermediate term lessons are catered to those who have some experience at skateparks. We work on furthering your current skills and introducing new basic tricks and techniques such as:

Pumping
Dropping In Larger Ramps
Flying Out Larger Ramps
Airing Out
Jumping Box Jumps
Entry Level Tricks - X-Ups, Tailwhips, Barspins

Advanced Term Lessons
The advanced term lessons are catered to those who have had several years of experience or may be more advanced than the average rider. These lessons are particularly good for those that would like to practice for competitions and learn the ins & outs of what it takes to become a pro rider:

Volo Cafe
Volo Cafe is a fully functional industrial cafe located within Volo Park. Along with some incredible coffee, Volo Cafe has a wide variety of delicious foods to offer for both the patrons of the skatepark and the spectators. Our goal with this cafe is to provide quality food, coffee and drinks to both the public and the users of the facility.

This cafe will service both the skatepark and the general public, so if whether you're riding the skatepark, a parent dropping off your kids, a spectator or just driving by, we welcome you to come try out the Volo Cafe!

Retail Store
V2 Store is a retail store located within Volo Park at your convenience. V2 Store is designed to stock all the most up-to-date brands and products from scooters to skateboards, to BMX as well as a variety of merchandise and protective gear. This is also the only place you can purchase the exclusive Volo Park merchandise including griptape, hoodies, t-shirts and more.

With a variety of products, you can shop at the V2 store for all your action-sports products! Our focus is to continue growing our range of products to ensure we have what you, the customer, may desire.

You can shop at V2 Store at Volo Park or also purchase online for pick-up or delivery.

Viewing Areas
At Volo Park, it is our priority to ensure the best experience for not only the skatepark users but also the parents and spectators. For this reason, we have built a raised viewing area that overlooks the entire skatepark, multiple areas for viewing around the skatepark and a grandstand overviewing the competition section.

We know how important it is to be able to experience the action whether you are riding or watching and we want everyone to feel like they are a part of what goes down. We also value the comfort of all that visit our skatepark so we have installed multiple PowerPoint locations on our mezzanine with USB cord outlets in each one for your convenience. Our mezzanine is also our prime location for Birthday Parties held at Volo Park giving you the entire upstairs exclusive to your booking.

Birthday Parties

Are you looking for a fun, exciting, adrenaline-pumping way to spend your birthday? Volo Park is the perfect place to celebrate your birthday with our accommodating facility. Our goal at Volo Park is to eliminate all the stress of planning and managing a birthday party so you and everyone else can enjoy it.

Our party booking duration is 2 hours (1 session) and can be extended if required.

Holiday Programs

The school holiday program is designed to give your kids a fun, adrenaline-pumping experience, providing them with all the necessities throughout the day including morning tea, snacks and lunch.

The idea of the school holiday program is to take all the stress off the parent's hands while we give your kids a day to remember with a variety of activities, competitions, challenges and much more.

The holiday program sessions are from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm with an option of early drop-off or later pick up should this be required. This program is not designed for specific coaching or progression and is more focused on free-riding.
