Travellers Rest Playground, Davies Street, Charlton
The playground is fenced but part of the fence is only a 60cm high stone wall with a couple of thin gaps. The playground is perched on the bank above the Avoca River (access is protected by a fence). Shade sails cover the playground which has a structure with wave slide, ladder with square rungs, abacus, shop front, steps, scrambling wall, tunnel, honeycomb climbing mat bridge, monkey bars and flying fox. Also swings, koala springer and sandpit with digger.
Shaded seats in the fenced area. There is a shelter with BBQ, two tables and a water tap.
