The Messy Patch (Mount Duneed)
At The Messy Patch, we are aiming to give children a chance to be messy in a sensory and exciting environment. As a team we have children of our own so we have an understanding that children love to get messy and play freely, and we also understand that providing children this at home is challenging and well.. MESSY!
We cater for newborns to primary school aged kids in age-group inclusive play sessions, events and parties. Our activities are interchanged daily, so every time you return, your children will be fascinated and entertained by different things every time. While the kiddies are indulged in messy play, you can indulge in some me-time, socializing and enjoying a coffee on our premises.
Messy play encourages creativity, co-operation, independence, intellectual development and happiness and we want more of this for the youngest of our community.
There are public play sessions and birthday parties. At The Messy Patch children must be supervised by an adult.
We have indoor and outdoor play spaces to come and explore which will ignite all their senses through play based learning. Areas to explore include role play, spice kitchen, indoor sandpit, playdough station, craft station, indoor mess trays, painting, outdoor exploration, construction area, mud kitchen, mud splash zone, outdoor painting and cubbies .
Opening Hours:
Sessions run every morning Monday-Saturday from 9:30am to 11:30am Afternoon Sessions are available for any group bookings (minimum 8 children required).
Cost:
Adult: $5, child: $20, baby (under 10 months): free
