St. Patrick's Tennis Club is a Catholic club serving the parishes of Mentone, Cheltenham, Parkdale and Mordialloc. We are a family-friendly tennis club that caters for all ages and levels of tennis experience and provides access to local competitions, professional coaching and social play on four floodlit synthetic grass courts.
Competition
Interested in competition tennis? Join one of our Junior or Senior tennis teams competing in local Bayside competitions. We have senior teams competing in the Bayside Regional Tennis Association and the Victorian Catholic Lawn Tennis Association with junior teams competing in the VCLTA and Moorabbin Districts. There are four in house night competitions running from Monday to Thursday.
Weekend Junior
Saturday Moorabbin District - The summer season runs from late January to late June and the winter season from July to December, in line with school holidays.
Sunday Morning - We currently have 6 teams playing in the VCLTA competition on a Sunday morning. VCLTA seasons are from: May to September (Winter Comp) and October to March (Summer Season).
Weekend Senior
We currently have 2 Mixed Doubles teams and 1 Mens Singles / Doubles team playing the Bayside Regional Tennis Competition on Saturday afternoons.
Monday Night Ladies
Anyone wishing to join our friendly, social Monday Night group can contact the club. New players of any standard are most welcome.
Tuesday Night Mens
Wednesday Night Ladies
You don't have to be a member to play.
Thursday Night Mens Social
Night tennis is not restricted to members so if you have a friend who would like to play please bring them along.
Coaching
Want to improve your tennis game? St. Pat's qualified tennis coaches, Chris and Phil Tregonning, can help take your tennis to new heights and coaching is available to suit all ages and standards. Tennis Coaching is available with the choice of two registered Tennis Coaches on a number of days during the week.
