Competition
Rosswood Tennis Club offers Summer & Winter WDTA competition for Juniors and Seniors.

Coaching
Rosswood Tennis Club Head Coach is Marcel Pietrasik. Tennis One offer professional and individualised lessons which will allow players of all ages to have fun and develop their tennis skills. We understand how to improve your game at any level.

Programs include:
Hot Shots (ages 4-12) - Tennis Hot Shots is a game just for kids. With smaller courts, lighter racquets and low-compression balls that don't bounce too high, it makes learning fun and easy for children. They progress through 4 stages: Blue, Red, Orange and Green. Guided by qualified Tennis Australia coaches, kids are encouraged to develop at their own pace, moving on to the next stage when they are ready.

Cardio Tennis Fun & Active Tennis Fitness (ages 14+) - Cardio Tennis is for players of all ages and all ability levels. It is a fun and social way to burn calories and increase you fitness level. In a 60 minute Cardio Tennis workout, women can burn up to 500 calories and men up to 800. Forget the treadmill, forget the exercise bike, live in the moment and have fun with your friends working out at Cardio Tennis.

Adult Tennis Lessons (ages 18+) - Regardless of age, tennis is an enjoyable social game. Stay fit, healthy and have a great time doing it! We cater for the total beginner through to the advanced level player. Regardless of whether you enrol in a semi-private or group session, we work hard to ensure we maximise your learning potential.

Private Tennis Lessons (ages 4+) - Private lessons are the quickest way to take your game to the next level. Your coach will guide you through an individualised approach in a positive learning environment. You will focus on a number of areas that will improve not only your cardiovascular health, but also your understanding of biomechanics, technical and tactical elements of the game.
