Ranelagh Tennis Club (Mount Eliza)

Ranelagh Tennis Club is part of the Ranelagh Club in Mt Eliza which provides private access to the beach and club house, plus many recreational activities including tennis.

The club has 6 floodlit synthetic grass courts, professional coaching, social and competitive mid week and nightly tennis. The tennis courts at the Club are available for all members to use. Or for the juniors, the popular school holiday program, coaching and inter-club competition will keep the kids enthusiastic.

Competition
The Mid Week Ladies have had consistent success with tennis teams entered in the Peninsula Tennis Association competitions. Doubles is played on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and singles teams play on Fridays. The standard of play ranges from Section 1 to Section 6. Team play requires a commitment of time from 9.30am to approx. 3.00pm and involves travel to clubs around the Peninsula, Frankston and Cranbourne areas.

Saturday Open Singles - Ranelagh currently have three teams registered.

Coaching
Tennis Lessons are available to all members of the Ranelagh Club. Our Head Coach from Energy Tennis, provides lessons for both kids and adult members from individual to group lessons, squad training for juniors, cardio tennis and the ANZ Hot Shots program for the little ones.

Social Tennis
If you would like to meet some new people, play some tennis, without the pressure of competition, come along to the social games and enjoy a hit in a friendly and relaxed environment.

There are active social competitions running on Tuesday and Thursday evenings: Tuesday is a mixed doubles competition and Thursday night is a men's doubles competition.

A new group has also started up on Saturday afternoons at 2pm. Any ladies looking to have a social hit of tennis are welcome to join in. All levels welcome and we will endeavour to match similar standards for all to enjoy.

Every Monday & Thursday Morning - 9.00am - 11.30am Members Social Tennis. Play doubles in a friendly environment all members welcome - just turn up and play. Stay for coffee and a chat.

Court Hire
The club does not offer court hire to the public.
