Patchewollock Historic Mural & Historic Centre



The historic mural is located in the Patchewollock Memorial Community Centre and measures 5 x 4.5 metres. The mural is a project of the Arts and Crafts Group and depicts the environmental factors which have impacted on the lives of Patchewollock's women over the years.

The Historical Centre located adjacent to the Patchewollock Memorial Community Centre the historic display contains photographs, newspapers and local school memorabilia. Open by appointment, please visit the Rural Transaction Centre for further information. The Rural Transaction Centre is a community operated enterprise providing mail services, groceries, takeaway food, banking facilities, tourist information and internet access - contact on (03) 5084 1242.

Another historic site in the town is Wilf's Historic Farming Collection which is situated on the corner of Currawa and Barnes Streets in the old St Barnabas Anglican Church. Jam packed with old farming items, the gold coin entry is donated to the Cancer Council.
