No Limits Mixed Martial Arts is a full time centre run by professional martial arts instructors. We offer a wide variety of programs to suit your needs, from fitness circuits to the more traditional disciplines. The No Limits centre is a friendly and motivating environment and is fitted out with all equipment and facilities needed to excel in any martial arts training with boxing bags, long bags, speedballs, floor to ceilings, professional boxing ring and fully matted flooring. Tiger Tots (pre school age)
The Tiger Tots Karate Program is a detailed curriculum that focuses on improving pre school-age children's basic motor and listening skills through play. - The Tiger Tots Program is designed specifically for pre school aged children. Classes are FUN and Motivating. - The Tiger Tots curriculum consists of developing 8 Major Skills that are necessary for participation in any sport or activity.
Little Ninjas 5yrs-8yrs
Our Little Ninjas Classes are a dynamic program designed for children aged 5 - 8 years of age. Our classes concentrate on basic motor skills, listening skills, coordination, self-confidence, and much more. Although the classes are focused on discipline, children of this age learn through play, so all classes are fun and exciting, with each student leaving the class with a feeling of accomplishment. Our Little Ninjas Program is designed to work on a different skill every week with fun and exciting drills and activities. Students can receive belt tips to acknowledge their hard work in class.
Junior Dragons Karate 8yrs-12yrs
Our Junior Dragons Program is designed for children aged 8 - 12 years of age. Junior Dragons is an innovative children's martial arts program that is specifically designed to challenge and develop the skills of a pre-teen. This program targets characteristics of pre-teens and utilises those characteristics to help them develop physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually. The best part about their development is that they are learning and growing through martial arts training. Therefore, your child will build dynamic martial arts capabilities while gaining courage and confidence, and they will learn how to think smarter and harder with children their same age. It is the best formula for success! Our Junior Dragon Program are taught in Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced classes, this ensures continual growth, stimulation and improvement.
