Mandella Reserve Dog Off Leash Area (Templestowe)

Basically a rectangular shaped block with a steep slope. An asphalt path winds up the hill from Mandella Street.
At the upper level is a basic playground, water tap without a bowl and little tables. An open gate leads through to Templestowe Park Primary School (strictly no dogs are allowed between 9am - 3pm on school days and dogs must be on leash at all other times).
The reserve is dotted with trees and there isn't a water tap or bin.
