The western side of the park which includes a sports ground with soccer goal posts and a grassy square in the north east corner is an off-leash area. There is a carpark at the end of Dromana Avenue. Near the carpark is a pavilion with bin and water tap with bowl.
The eastern side of Marlborough Street Reserve (closest to Malborough Street) is an on-leash area. This on-leash area includes the playground. Around the playground is a bin, water tap without a bowl, toilets, shelter with tables and BBQ. The reserve doesn't have much shade.
