Banksia Reserve Dog Off Leash Area (Beaumaris)

Dogs are permitted off-leash at all times in the reserve except for the area occupied by the Beaumaris Lawn Tennis Club. I think all lawn is for the dogs though since the before mentioned club seemed to have 10 en-tout-cas courts and 3 plexicushion courts with not a grass court to be seen.

The oval is fenced with some gaps and there are some cricket nets in the south west corner. Nearby, beside a shed is a water tap where someone has placed a bowl, near the pavilion on the south side of the oval is a water tap with bowl and toilets and there is another water tap where someone has placed a bowl on the north side of the oval. This place is never going to become the Banksia Desert with so many water taps. There are also bins around the oval. There is limited space for dogs apart from the oval except for a smallish patch of grass and trees in the north east of the reserve.
