Harold Reserve Dog Off Leash Area (Bulleen)

Unusual shape with a fairly big, grassy rectangular section along Harold Street which has a basketball court. The reserve turns to the west where there is a playground, bin, shelter with table and water tap without bowl.
There is another rectangular area to the west but the grass was long and in-kept in this area.
