A road runs from Howard Road to a car parking area between a soccer field to the east, where dogs must be on leash, and a big oval to the west where dogs are allowed off leash. Off leash times are all times except when sporting events are being held.
At one end of the car parking area is a basic playground with a table under a shelter and at the other end of the car parking area is a pavilion which has locked toilets, bins and water tap. There are bins in three locations including the north west corner where the end of Torquay Close reaches the reserve.
In the north west side is an interesting area with a row of sandy mounds to explore, basketball court and outside the reserve, are fields of purple lavender during spring. The reserve is home to Dingley City Soccer Club and Dingley United Junior Soccer Club.
