Kaniva Sheep Art
Kaniva Sheep Art is a community arts project which celebrates the town's sheep history with a flock of painted sheep (much in the way in which Shepparton has painted cows). A special mould was made to create a smooth fibre glass sheep that could be painted as a canvas based on the Texcel breed by The Sheep Bloke.
Painted sheep can be found up and around the main street and hidden on each one is a tiny windmill.
