A fenced playground with one gap for entry which holds an extensive play structure decorated with pictures made by local kids. A ramp leads to the highest level with a curved slide, small slide, tunnel, colourful tic-tac-toe, various panels, shop fronts, hanging rubber covered chain traverse, horizontal bar, flying fox (broken), block steps, chain bridge, hanging disk traverse, circle of monkey rungs, balance beam with obstacles, big double sided climbing wall, climber bridge with circles, fireman's pole, honeycomb mat bridge, disks on a vertical pole and another wave slide. Three swings (including one with a harness), stand-on spinner, frog sculpture, platypus springer and two lovely wooden seats.

Outside the fenced area are toilets, four tennis courts, shelter with BBQ and two unshaded tables. There is an information board with a map of four walks ranging from the 800m Jubilee Park Lake walk, the Skipton Common and Creek Walk (1 km), the Historical Walk (1.2 km) to the Town Trail Circuit (3.5 km).
