Review:

The exhibition space is ideally sized for one artist to exhibit their work at a time. The gallery is upstairs and accessible via stairs or a lift. The gallery area is nicely lit with an open feel as you can look out over the foyer area. Off to the side, up a few stairs, is a separate room with some comfy seats which is ideal for video installations.

The gallery is part of the Cultural Centre which includes a performing arts centre, library and Raffael's cafe.

The exhibition we saw, titled "Shifting Elements and Camp Dogs" by Kamahi Djordon King was well presented and interesting. Free admission is an added bonus.

If you happen to be here on May 12, 2051 then you'll be present at the opening of a time capsule which has been placed under the floor of the Art Gallery foyer.
