Frankston Visitor Information Centre



Frankston is the vibrant, urban waterfront destination in Victoria where arts, nature and cultural experiences connect.

Just 40 minutes south of Melbourne, Frankston is strategically placed as the activity centre for the Mornington Peninsula and within an hour's drive from Phillip Island, the Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges.

Frankston has a variety of cultural and entertainment venues to suit all tastes. The Frankston Arts Centre hosts regular theatre concerts, exhibitions and expos, while McClelland Gallery and Sculpture Park, located on 16 hectares of native bushland is home to Australia's richest and most prestigious bi-annual sculpture competition, the $100,000 McClelland Survey.

If you love to shop, Frankston has one of Victoria's largest regional shopping and service centre with retail outlets ranging from large department stores to boutiques.

For urban, chic, pristine beaches, picturesque nature trails and just plain fun, Frankston has it all for the whole family. Come and experience it for yourself. Frankston Visitor Information Centre is open seven days a week.
