City Ambassadors (Melbourne)
For assistance with directions, public transport enquiries, events and general questions about Melbourne, keep and eye out for the City Ambassadors dressed in their distinctive red uniforms. City Ambassadors are found at various locations in the Melbourne CBD as well as at Federation Square.
Whether you are from across the world or just across town, these helpful volunteers can assist you! They are approachable, friendly and equipped with extensive local knowledge.
