Footscray Cycling Club (Hoppers Crossing)
Footscray Cycling Club is one of the oldest and most respected clubs in Victoria with around 200 members and provide for racing all year round. We are affiliated with Cycling Victoria and are regularly represented in Open races (conducted by CV).
During the Road Season (April-October), we conduct racing over a number of different circuits ranging in distance from 75 klms to 125 klms. On any given Saturday, there'll usually be 50-80 riders, so everyone is assured of good racing. Little River races start from the clubrooms at the Little River Cricket Ground. Maude/Meredith races start from the Maude Tennis Courts. Some races are restricted to Club members.
During the Criterium season (November-March), we have races on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings at the VUT circuit in Hoppers Crossing.
