Frankston and Peninsula Lapidary Club (Langwarrin)
We are a lapidary club, with members aged 16 - 80, who are interested in fossicking, cutting semi precious stones and gems, silversmithing and enamelling.
Adult membership is open to anyone over the age of 16. Junior membership for those aged 12 - 16 is available, with parental supervision.
Established for over 40 years, Frankston and Peninsula Lapidary Club is located in the grounds of McClelland Gallery.
Classes are run on a regular basis for active members (subject to a waiting list). The following courses are available: faceting, cabochon cutting, opal carving, chain weaving, silversmithing and enamelling.
